Student Registration

July 15-August – Registration for Returning Students

  • Online registration for returning students through Infinite Campus

August 5 and 7 – Registration for New Students – 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

  • In-person registration at school buildings for new students and individuals needing assistance

August 6 – Registration for New Students – 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

Returning Students

Parents/Guardians of returning students will use the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus (IC) to register their students for the 2025-2026 school year. After logging into IC, select MORE on the bottom left-hand side and then select Online Registration. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the registration. Students cannot register themselves. If a returning student has a sibling that will be entering Kindergarten, please register the Kindergarten student at the same time as the other students.

 

New Students

Parents/Guardians of new students to USD 327 will need to register in person at your student’s school.  If you have students in multiple buildings, you may register all of your students at one building.  If you are unable to register during the dates above, please contact the school your student will attend to arrange a date and time for registration.  School offices will open on August 1st.  Parents/Guardians will need to bring a copy of the student’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization record and medical physical (for students nine years and under).  New students that begin on or after August 14th will need to register at the District Office.

 

Kindergarten Students

Parents/Guardians of Kindergarten students who preregistered will be sent a email with a link to register their student.  If the student has a sibling attending USD 327, then the parent/guardian can register the Kindergarten student at the same time as the sibling.  Parents/Guardians needing assistance with registration may come to Ellsworth Elementary School to register their student during the dates above and use the devices available.

 

Free and Reduced Price School Meals

Families can apply for free or reduced price school meal benefits by completing the 2025-2026 Household Application for Free and Reduced Priced School Meals. Please click on the links below for the online or paper application. Completed paper applications may be mailed or returned to the District Office.  If you do complete this application (either online or paper), please complete the Consent for Disclosure in order to receive the reduced textbook/technology fee (button below).  Questions can be directed at the District Office at 785.472.5561.

*Must complete the Consent for Disclosure form to receive this reduced fee.

Fees will be assessed after your registration application has been processed and your student’s schedule is finalized. Please check IC to see what fees you owe for your student(s). Fees can be paid online through IC or at your student’s school.  The service charge ($2) normally assessed in IC for paying fees and adding money to student’s food service accounts online will be waived during the month of August.  These fees will need to be paid by September 1, 2025. If you plan to participate in the Federal Free and Reduced Priced School Meal Program, please complete the Consent for Disclosure form and pay fees after you have been notified that your meal application has been processed to receive the reduced textbook/technology fee. Otherwise, you will pay the full price and will not be refunded the difference, if any.
