Biology Teacher
USD 327 currently has an opening for a Biology teacher at Ellsworth Jr/Sr High School for second semester of the 2025-2026 school year. Applicant must hold a current and appropiate Kansas teaching license or qualify for and receive the intial teaching license at the appropriate grade level and in the assigned subject matter. Individual must be able to create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, implement lesson plans that actively engage students and provide for the individual needs of students a variety of appropriate teaching strategies and techniques. Applicant must be able to work cooperative with patrons, parents and staff.

Assistant Baseball Coach
USD 327 has an opening for an assistant baseball coach for the 2025-2026 school year.
Assistant Track Coach
USD 327 has an opening for an assistant track and field coach for the 2025-2026 school year. We are seeking an enthusiatic and knowledgable individual to join our successful junior and high school program. This is a seasonal position focused on developing student-athletes in sprint and jump events.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training programs fro sprinters (e.g., 100m, 200m, 400m) and vertical jumpers (high jump and pole vault)
- Provide individual and group instruction, emphasizing proper technique, safety, and athlete development
- Assist the Head Coach with meet management, administrative duties, and supervising student-athletes
- Foster a postive, inclusive, and competitive team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or competitive experience in sprints and/or jumps is helpful
- Strong understanding of contemporary training methods and biomechanics related to these events
- Willingness to learn and actively seek professional development opportunities, especially regarding the technical aspects of the high jump and pole vault events
- Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches, school staff, and parents
