The Ellsworth County Health Department will be at your child's school on Thursday, October 10th to conduct a Flu Vaccine Clinic. If you wish for your child to receive a flu shot at school, please fill out and return the CONSENT form that can be found on the District Website under Documents>Healthcare Documents>2024-2025 Influenza Clinic or visiting the link below. Please notify the office if you need a consent form sent home with your student. Please return consent forms to the office by October 4th.
